Qnexa, Lorcaserin and Contrave have gone through more testing than Tesofensine. As a result, they will most likey come up for review quicker than Tesofensine. This does not make any one of them a better product. If it comes out sooner, it does not make it better, nor does one comming out later make it more advanced. This being said, it is my opinion that out of the three Qnexa, Lorcaserin or Contrave, I believe that Lorcaserin has a better chance at making it past the FDA. The reasons are that it appears that its safety and tolerability was better than the other 2.
